i did the calculations and stuff... i got power as 120 which is twice the previous value of 60
...not sure though...
lets see what others think..

For the power question, it will increase for sure since that it was mentioned that the heater will still operate at the same voltage and also R=pl/A, so the resistance will be halved and since P=V^2/R, with some calculations the new Power will be 4 times the original one. If anyone remembers the original power and length, we can make sure of it again.

i calculated the new length ( half the original) and then calculated resistamce using R=pl/A
and then i think i used P=v2/R
the amswer was 120W which is twice the oroginal value of 60W
