elemis:
With the IB system you are forced to take two languages and one subject from humanities, sciences and some group they have.

With A Levels its 4 subjects; your choice.

IB and  A levels are recognised all around the world.

k...but which years in school do i get to study for these boards and get to take the real exam....... and which is easiers?

Meticulous:
I advice you to go for IG's/A-Levels

Not only this qualification is known very well across the world, but it's courses prepare you perfectly for university.

I believe IB's is the hardest, but the least appreciated.

If you want something easy, go for SATS. But after all, it depends on where you'd like to to study; UK, etc..

I'll be honest I am not an expert on the matter. I considered doing IB but I dont like the idea of being forced do subjects I dont want to.

A-Levels is to the point and gives you flexibility.
