Discuss the importance of HRM for the success of the new factory, is my answer right?(this isnt how I am gonna write it..just a summary, am I on the right track?)
For a business to function it needs one of it's most important assets(the workers)functioning efficiently, Human Resource Management enables that to happen. Human Resource Managers are entrusted with several tasks that could make a new factory succesful such as :
1. Recruiting and selecting workers
2. Maintaining discipline
3. Keeping workers motivated
4. Organizing training programs to improve the skills of the workers
5. Evaluate the performance of the workers.(to differentiate the good from the bad)
6. Inform workers of dismissal/redundancy
7. Maintaining Industrial Relations
8. Drawing up worker contracts
9. Counselling workers and building ties with them.

i think its right...but my question waz tht how do we figure wat to ans....for eg.ths question.:::

da ans in da ms waz listing out factors influencing da strategy....HOW DA HELL DOES INFLUENCING FACTORS LINK WITH EVALUATION OF MARKETING STRATEGY???:@
