Yes that's right, isotopes have the same proton number but different numbers of neutrons.

lol I'll be having a bad time remembering how to remember stuff :P
one more of oxidation and reduction :P
LOGR :: Loss of electrons is Oxidation, gain of electrons is reduction

I have a couple of presentations here... useless in comparison with your notes though :\

Oxidation - Increase in oxidation number and gain of oxygen
Reduction - Decrease in oxidation number and loss of oxygen
