Are the degrees offered there internationally recognized?
What other universities offer internationally recognized degrees in the UAE?

Please I am lost on what to do in my future

I can understand where you are coming from.
But I think there should be at least one good university among this junk of universities in Dubai

Simple answer = NO.

Do your A - Levels. Get good grades and go back to your home country and study at a uni there. Its much better than the 'shops' in the UAE.
