See the only problem with ure post is that u didnt give us an example so we can explain it. If you just mention an experiment , I would be glad to help :D

Usually it's breakdown of H2O2 using catalase. Either enzyme or substrate conc is varied....and then you note the bubbles per min or measure the volume of gas evolved per min.
