PHYSICAL EDUCATION DOUBTS

Since P.E theory is close, and I've seen no P.E thread, I decided to make one.  :D

So if you have any doubts about PE post them here and we'll try to help.

Feel free to talk about your practical filming and feel free to ask others also  ;D.

If you have any tips or notes from your teacher, feel free to share ....

I'm not an expert, just trying to gather people who have knowledge about P.E  8).

If thats how it is then everyone must be fat for just sitting.


Exam Season = Fat season.

I bet everyone's gaining fat from just sitting down for hours without movement studying,
lol tell the truth who didn't gain a pound or 2.

how to be fit...

we learn about which muscles produces certain movements....

we learn about how to treat injuries...

we learn about how does money affect sports....

and many others.... ;)

its kinda hard... ;)
