CIE A level physics boundaries
« on: May 22, 2010, 04:54:18 pm »
Alright so basicaly the paper 4 grade thresholds for an A are around 60% but i was told that this year theyre gonna go up.
I wasn't quite sure whether to believe this or not but last June's exam for the paper 2 (AS) was quite a bit higher than usual so maybe it's true.
Anybody heard anything about this?
I'd really hate to have to get 80% for an A when last year it was 50 -.-

The Grade Thresholds will remain so relax ;) and that 80% is the 80th percentile that'll get u an A and 90th, an A*

so if the paper is really tough this time too the threshold can drop down low right? i hope it goes down to 50  :-X
In theory, there is no difference between theory and practice. But in practice, there is.
