for the fist part its talkin about difference in cells at X in solution Y compared to the same cells in
solution W cell  which is in Y is not coiled so that means that its less negative ( 3ashan there are not alot of solutes dissolved in Cell X, we kaman 3ashan if it was more negative in Y, cell X would coil up like in solution W)
second part: solution Y is less negative 3ashan it does not have alot of solutes dissolved in it unlike solution W ( which caused cell X to coil)

if u didnt understand tell me and i will give u a different example, ok ? ;)
