Yes, but Symantec cannot be bought and used by the general public, you may have gotten in from a Business...

Symantec only sells to Businesses as a company brand.

It's Public brand is Norton.

Just try it for sometime... You'll know the difference! :)

If you're installing in windows 7, you have to uncheck the "Start Auto Protect after installation finishes" function. You can activate it after the installation is finished.

I don't know... my dad got it from somewhere. Since then, we've used this and never even considered switching to another. It was first, "Symantec antivirus corporate edition" then came "Symantec Endpoint protection", which is the latest version.

Version 12 is the latest.

be more specific .. not works in the sense ?? cannot be installed or gives an error after installation ?? or any warning specified by your lappy ?

the antivirus  !!
as in first i download it from net  n then install in my comp  n every thing is completed  but  i dnt know why  when i search 4 it later on no where seen on the lappy !!!

Hey guys..im loking fo ran antivirus for my PC, It runs on Win 7 Ultimate...Non-genuine...So i need a compatible AV software that is not from microsoft...

I use AVG, love it <3 && it's totally free yet efficient.
