i think they do go through it, cuz if u expose information from the paper before the 24hrs r done then its considered cheating and i think they might disqualify u from the exam, but theres always msn, phone calls, where u can discuss the exam before 24hrs r done and not get disqualified :P

It's a standard rule.
Cheating isn't allowed.
So yeah- They wouldn't want you to talk about the exam until 24 hours have finished, because you'd most likely talk about it to someone else in India, or Africa (if they have them there), and give away the paper.
