Amber i have answered your this Question at the other post i guess u dont check ur previous Question replies =\
and you can not import charts to power point you have to make it there its self .

here are the steps again
first of all in the Power Point when u want to make a chart :
Go to that slide and the click the chart button from the tools up  like this >>>

then you will get a Bar chart and a data filling space,  right click on the Chart and then choose chart type . Choose Pie chart and click ok . Now in the space where u will put your data information for the pie ,, remove everything thats there 'cause for pie u only need the first 2 rows. ( the first for the names the second for the numbers.)  like this >>>

when u do that u will get your chart, ofcourse u will have to modify it i mean make it bigger so it fills the whole white area and like that and make the text clearly visible and so on.

can anyone help with this:
51   Using a lookup function replace each Code with Region name using the file REGIONS.CSV

and once you paste the pie chart in word what if its small and you cant read it.
( it has to fit in the column width)

anusha500, For the Pie part in word , i had problems fixing it and placing it properly.  but the easy way is when u import the chart  right click on it and then click " Work sheet Object" then choose " Edit" . there click one the names which are smal and change its font size by right clicking and choose " Format data labels " , to maximum 20 pt.
also the best way is to make your pie smaller . the colors will show anyways so it doesnt matter if its small .  make sure you are not choosing the Price numbers while making the pie . it should be Count of sales not Sum of sales, alot of people make mistakes there . ( like me )

about the lookup function im sure your teacher must have thought you that ?
Click insert >> Function >> lookup function >> choose the second option " Lookup value, array "

in the look up value choose the first code cell only
for the array section open the " region .csv " and choose all the data except for the headings.
then click enter, you will get the first one, hold your mouse on that first cell till u see a black plus sign then click on it and strech it down till the cell you want they will all appear .

follow the steps exactly and you wont have problems but as i believe they teach that in school at the very beginning .
ask if u dont understand

No. What you got to do is to creat a hyperlink normally (right click-hyperlink) Then see whats your hyperlink will go to. If you want it to open in a new page or something click TARGET FRAME then choose NEW WINDOW and name it underneath.

For the colour think I didnt understand but as they are british people they prefer it colour (but Im not sure)
