I think it is Ultraviolet. The wavelength range of infrared is from 7*10^-7 to 10 ^-3 and ultraviolet is from 6*10^-8 to 4*10^-7 and since that he asked for significant diffraction then it should be the smallest wavelength which is ultraviolet.

r u really sure? maybe u have another varient. n that ques didnt said anythng about difraction. it only gave wavelength n askd which of the folowing have this wavelngth. maybe u hav another varient n ques r changd?

u guys mayb thr was a difference in the question paper which variant vr u guys i was 11....sumtimes thrs a difference in the questions

I took variant 11 and i am sure that he asked for significant diffraction and the gap width was the given  :)

wat hapd abt thr chem pract its 2day ryt?? im not doing chem or bio all i noe is tht both of them vr hard so i think i have a feeling even ours myt b hard but its jst a thought
