6BI08 & 6PH08 help!!!! urgent

my1234long:
im taking the written form of the practical papers of bio and phy
and i want to ask what is the specific type of questions will appear in the papers
also do i need to go through all the theories in the subjects first?
what is the format of the questions? do i need to memorize the procedures of the experiments?
i have no idea how to begin with.... and i desperatly need some advice and help...
thanks a lot.... becoz i need to take bio and phy on the coming 18 and 19....
