yeah 29 :D

and the emphysema?

first part was
1) damaged elastin fibres
2) swelling of alveoli

the symptones:
1) excessive coughing
2) wheezing while breathing

thats wat i wrote but im sure there are more answers!

i wrote for the first part

damaged elastin fibres
loss of surface area to volume ratio due to loss of alveoli

and the symptoms

person has to breath forcefully,, like he has to actually think about breathig and do it with intention

and higher breath rate to make up for the decrease in oxygen intake

you think thats right?

for the tubercolosis and malaria question i wrote that since malaria is transmitted through a mosquito then in tropical regions it would survive best due to suitable conditions but not anywhere else where as tubercolosis was only transmitted through droplets in the air and therefore required nothing more  than an overcrowded are for its widespread and since the world is overpopulated these days, then its widely spread. furthermore, vaccines mayhave proved more effecient against malaria. and finally that symptomless carriers can have the disease of tubercolosis and pass it on to other people with noticing, and there for not differntiating between carriers and uninfected people.

and for the vaccine question

i said that the vaccine contains an active but diseaseless form of the pathogen where the disease causing part is removed ( usually DNA or RNA) and that the protein coat is left so that the body recognises it and therfore creates memory cells for it so that as soon as the actual pathogen attacks again it is eliminated quickly before causing illness. i also said that mothers having a fetus in their wombs pass on these antibodies, meaning any antibodies the mom has made will be passed to the fetus and any diseases she encountered, the fetus will be completely immune against them and therefore generation after generation the disease will be completely eradicated

i think that u shouldve mentioned the anopheles female mosquito is the only type that can act as a vector for the plasmodium, and that these mosquitos grow in puddles of water which is usually found more in tropical areas than the rest of the world

PROVIDE*

@alayna: i wrote: 1. as a solvent for transporting assimilates
                             2. prevent from over heating by transpiration
you can also write that it helps in turgidity or in photosynthesis :)

rhizobium provides plans with amino acids for its protein synthesis

and the alveoli adaptations i wrote, that it has a very high surface area to volume ration meaning max. diffusion
2. it has very thin walls meaning two things, one that diffusion can be very quick, and that its very close to red blood cell reducing distance for diffusion meaning its also a fast process. i also said aveoli cells may have few organelles to allow max space for air and therefore max. oxygen

:)
