the energy comes from the oxidaton of H2 to H20
wen reduced NAD & FAD are to ETC...
By the way u dont need this for P2
so the greater the no. of h2 in da structure the greater the energy value.

1) in many mammals it acts as a thermal insulator
2) used to waterproof surfaces usually to prevent  loss of water
3) used in production of materials in mammals such as steriods ( usually mde from cholestrol)
4) used as blubber since it has a low density
