i messed this up real bad...i took a very stupid method to solve it..can u solve urs here..

one way is looking at the range of ur graph.....easy above 7 and below -1
or u can take max value of sinx and min value of sinx that is -1 and 1 and sub in equation where fx should< k ...got it and u get two ranges......where on a value of k no solutions

i drew graph of 4-cos3x instead of sin.
man i m such a moron.
how many marks are they gna cut for this?
