Why do people think I want to work for them?

I get emails and phone calls from agencies all the time, such as

Hi ,
 
We are stuck for a maths tutor, Gcse and Maths/ English KS2/3 in Dartford..........can you help?
 
Our tutor and his wife have relocated to Edinburgh...at very short notice...!!
