Meticulous:
You will not attend the exam without your statement, especially in the first day. Try contacting the British Council ASAP.

Okay, now calm down first of all. InshAllah you will find it.
I am sure it is somewhere in your house. I mean it can't just vanish like that.
Check in the sides of tables, under the chairs, corner of bed, etc etc.
Call the british council perhaps and tell them about this.
You should be having an extra copy of your statement of your entry. You should always make a photocopy just in case something happens and you need to prove to the british council that you have one.

Yes. First you need to keep your calm. Do not panic. Contact your school immediately. They should usually keep a copy. If not, they will contact the board office.
And look well around your house, like Mony said. You are sure to find it in some place.
Yes, always make a photocopy henceforth.
Now, if you don't have an entry, it is upon the school and the board whether they'll let you sit for it or not. I will hope things go right for you.
Next time, be careful
Take care
