Long answer:
The primary structure determines the sequence and the type of the amino acids bonded by a peptide bond. The primary structure fold to form a 3d globular structure of an enzyme due to which it is soluble. The shape of the active groups of the active site is formed by the R groups of the enzyme which make the enzyme specific to bind to a substrate. The bonds in the tertiary structure e.g hydrogen bonds, ionic, disulfide bridges give a shape to the enzyme.
Not a perfect answer :S
Malak:
I get the idea..
Thanks... :D
