Dude ....
They do have a circulation because they are of relatively high activity .....and they have small Volume to surface area ratio..... Small rate of diffusion  so they need  circulation for effective delivery of nutrients and oxygen to all parts of the body and the heart "the pump" is for efficient blood pressure to reach all parts of the body and normal functioning of heart .
I think that's full answer....

Kim:
hey i have a question
is the template strand called sense strand or anti sense strand???
urgent reply

Blizz_rb93:
i think it's both
the first strand is the sense strand and the second strand is the anti sense strand
The second strand is called the antisense strand because its sequence of nucleotides is the complement of message sense.

First strand aka Sense strand would be like this :

5' ... ATG GCC TGG ACT TCA ... 3'

And the second strand aka Antisense strand should be like this:

3' ... TAC CGG CGG TGA AGT

im not 100% correct, correct me if im wrong.

Kim:
well the problem is in the syllabus it says the strand used for mrna synthesis is the anti sense strand and my teacher told me it was the sense strand so i dunno which one
but wat u r sayin is dat the anti sense strand has nucleotides complimentary to those in the sense strand?
