1.What are the health and safety precautions to be taken?

1) For Safety :- 1. Take care with the glassware make sure that they do not break.

                      2. The magnifying glasses as they are fragile also.

2) Read this.. "When doing this experiment in particular we have to look at some issues that are ethical and by this I mean when testing shrimps for the use of science. I had decided that it was ok that we used these eggs for the sake of science as it may help us in the future. We will also release these back into the water once we have finished with them. The ethical issues will be mainly brought up when we start
carelessly using a higher number of shrimps than we needed."

Heart wall muscle is a special type of muscle called Cardiac muscle. This muscle can contract or relax without nervous stimulation and is thus described as _____________. To ensure that the cardiac cycle stays in sequence there is an in-built control mechanism. The wall of the right atrium contains a special region of muscle called the ______________ which sets up a wave of electrical activity causing the atrial walls to contract almost simultaneously. This posted by some other user, i find it great help to keep me in track on what im to do for practicle, i finish each experiment from there and read the same experiment from my guides. i think for practicles thats more than enough ..
