guys.. i am confuse about the error bar.. say the error, Sm is 0.2, so do i plot 0.2 above the graph and 0.2 below the graph or is it 0.1 above and 0.1 below?

If Sm is 0.2, then you plot 0.4 on top and 0.4 below
