yes it was because it wasn't counting my seedbox upload stats so my ratio was low, but I can prove I've uploaded well over 125GB now with very little down.  I've tried in different browsers and cleared cookies, still not letting me in, any help is greatly appreciated.

I think anyway they were going to become an open tracker like pirate bay, which will mean you dont have to log in , and your ratio is irrelevant but I will say to check you account again. The most important thing now is to get the seedbox back up.
