Important - Integration (by partial/rational fractions & substitution & trigonom

Hi,
i really some some questions for integration --
1) integration by partial / rational fractions
2) integration by substitution
3) integration by trigonometric substitution.

Questions are required along with answers (like 10-15 for each topic would be good, i would never mind a higher number =] ), and if FEW are of very high difficulty, if would be great.

I need them please, i have to practice stuff tomorrow morning early, so i get few hours of sleep and im already very tired.
