CF = 2a-2b

CF/2 = a-b

CF/2 = CX

CX = a-b

CX is parallel to AB

|AB| = |OA| .. ( |AB| means length of AB)

OA = a

|AB| = a = 5

Q- 24 students in a class asked whether they like football or basket ball.
iv) a student who likes football is selected at random. what is the probability that this student likes basketball?
i know it's a simple qs, but please answer since my answer was different from my teacher's and since i don't know if it's from a past paper i can't use a mark scheme to check :|
