--- Quote from: ~VIN1094~ on May 09, 2010, 09:36:08 am ---Its clearly shear .. y axis invariant line .. im a lil confused about factor .. i think its 0.5 .. check in the ms ..

how do you know about invariant line?

Vin:

the image always moves perpendicular to the invariant .. here the image moves to the right if u turn the page 90o aticlockwise u can see the image has moved exactly upwards or perpendicular .. :)

Ghost Of Highbury:
i thought it was x-axis invariant line ...

Vin:

i think its x axis .. ya ur right .. always get confused with such kinda sums ..!! can u tell me how can u be sure wid the invariant line ??

Ghost Of Highbury:
im confused abt it too, i know its something parallel to x-axis or the x-axis...x-axis because the point parallel to it dont change in shape, or move...

@astar - answer this doubt, it can be anything parallel to x-axis rite? but if it is , v'll get different shear factors..plz help.
