umm..ok, try this
(x-3)/4 = 4/(x-3)
=> (x-3)/4  -  4/(x-3)
=> x2 -6x -7 / 4x -12

q7) 3<2x-5<7

     3+5<2x<7+5

     8/2<x<12/2

      4<x<6

q6) 17.5*11.5 = 201.25
