So I want something that will help me remember the electromagnetic spectrum...along with the values of the wavelength and frequencies

Any help?

I shall post some in bio soon :)

this is how i do it, its not very good but it has worked very well in most of the physics paper 1(AS) questions dealing on estimations of frequencies/wavelengths. know the wavelengths of light, around 400nm(violet)-700nm(red). all electromagnetic waves have the speed of light (3*108) so just use the equation c=wavelength*frequency to get what you need. like e.g if u are asked to estimate the frequency of infra-red you know it is next to red light so you get the frequency of red light and you know it has to be less than that of red light since it has a longer wavelength..... or you could memorize the whole spectrum :)
