TOEFL Urgent Help!

I have my TOEFL on 8th jan, I need to study for TOEFL but my biggest question is how to study for it?
I have some coaching classes in my city but they are not upto the mark.
Please suggest something - should I pay and study online or should I go to some tuition?
If online then suggest some of the courses.
Please help urgently.

Hmm, is TOEFL like IELTS?? Because I took IELTS, and I studied for it by ordering the books over the Internet, and practised using those... And, when I registered for the exam at my college, it included an online tutorial in the package... Hope that I was of some help? :)
