hi,

doing the question 1 of paper 4 maths o/n 09!

and i am stuck on (d) part  the answer in mark scheme is 1.92

and i am getting 1.8!

Best way to do this is to do it through cross multiplication:

Previous Week  :  Now

x                    : $2.4

100%              : 125%

therefore, x equals: (2.4x100)/125= $1.92
