Honestly, exams aren't all that bad. If you do your work during the year, you don't even have to revise much since it's all still in your head.
To me, Results' Day is the worst because you spend ages thinking about the 'what if you did this/wrote that' and worry non-stop until it and it all builds up on the day :/
