yello ma hommiees ......Okay today i tried this AMAZING Indian dish MY first time obviously ::) :P ....it was Chicken Butter/Butter Chicken if u're wondering then it was on a restaurant named "handi* smthn like that , it was cool not spicy tho ^__^

LOL ! In Hindi, Handi refers to a Cooking Utensil :D

Butter Chicken is more North Indian cuisine - harks back to the time of the Mughals.

Its my fave! Indian and Bengali dishes are very much the same. Pav bhaji, dal makhani...ooooo...they ROCK  ::)

I think Pao Bhaji is a Guajrati Dish!

Well whatever, food is food- indian, bengali or WHATEVER!!! It's just that our some of our asian recipes are priceless ............thou I'm really into A LOT of junk ;D
