No, no more curve. The grade boundary for A* will be very very high. As the grade boundary for A* is determined by the lowest score of that 10%. ;)

Yes but "CIE is making some changes to the way Cambridge IGCSE, O Level and International A/AS Level results are reported from June 2010. " I don't know but my teachers have confirmed that there shall be no curve.

percentage uniform marks is still threshold and curve. this is what my teacher told me

Well anyways, let shall not discuss about curve right now. We'll all know when the results are out on August 12th ;).
