ya so wat u cn do is select the whole range of cells...meaning all the fields names including the data in the column....

Hey...is anyone aware of any new things tht can come in May-June 2010 Papers for IT Practical....???
I heard from one of my friends tht some people have posted some new things on different forums (not FEP).....

I'll be glad if i get to know something from some1 as fast as possible....cuz i have my FInal IT Practicals on 18th of this month.... ;)

For ICT theory exam, I just wanted to know is it okay if we answer any question (for example to describe something) in points? or doest it has to be in a paragraph form?

does any1else find that they give us plentiful time to finish the ICT practicals?
because most of the people in my class finish way before the exam time is up!
do any of you get to take breaks between these practicals? is this allowed?  ???

45) Produce a new report from all the data which:
• shows a summary of only the Country, Product and Stock fields
• performs a count of the number of Products for each Country
• calculates the sum of the number of items in Stock for each Country
• only reports where Products number more than 3

I know most of this but not the 2nd one

do u no how to group by>>??
right click on any row of design view and select "totals"
once havin done that u might get another row called "Totals"..."group by" Country
Under Products field... select from the drop down menu "Count" in the totals row
same for sum...u may no how to show "more than 3".... :) :)

i didn't understand,because this question requires a summary so i made a query in wizard first so only required fields were ther .Then in query-summary i clicked on count  blah... and sum. so basically im left with a a summary now! what do i do!? My exam is on monday!! and make sure the steps u tell me are 2003 steps! :) Thanks!
