Not if it's an IP ban

IPs do not stay constant. IP bans are useless unless a range ban is used.
Oh forgot to mention, its only for those who use USB modems or browse from mobiles.

static ips can remain the same for as long as couple of years.
i don't want to get in a technical argument, so this would be my last post in this topic.

We don't ban on IP. Just username and email address. Just in serious matters it is required to ban on IP.
