University of Toronto does not give too many scholarships to international students. Only a handful get a lot of waivers. If you have really good results you will get a few, but not more than $5000 canadian in entrance. But if you do very well you will get waivers after first year.

Bottom line, UofT doesn't give a lot of scholarships to international students.
