maybe its a new thing  :-\ .. cause my friend got an A* in FLE but was still asked to do the IELTS to apply for a scholarship

to answer ur question: Kuwait Uni acceptes IGs but also want two AS levels
The American Uni of Kuwait accepts IGs (D and up) - i guess its the same with the other private unis in Kuwait

for scholarships abroad, u have to be Kuwaiti of course, and they only look at your IG grades .. obviously the better ur grades the higher the chance u get accepted. You'll also need a pass in the IELTS test. :)

Thank you for the info. Well, not really, i could care less about the malls and people here. I just love to be between the people i love, even though i know overseas would be much more awesome(Technology/lifestyle/people) than here but oh well, i guess i prefer to be with my loved ones.

Again, thanks for your info and like i said, everyone has their preferences about what to do in their life. And yes, im kuwaiti.

Well its not about that since i have been used to rely on myself as much as i can so support is not an issue for me (Except if its something urgent) other than that, its just that i love to be with the people i love and of course, comfortable. As long as i am happy and comfortable then that's what matters.
