nox_fjmoony:
Sure
lemme think astar
thanks
And your answer doesn't seem to be matching with the mark scheme..bleh, the mark scheme's so weird
Thanks again, but could you please explain?
astarmathsandphysics:
my mistake
a)sqrt(410) *2/9.8
use v^2-u"2+2as to find the speed at the height of the tower
then v=u+at to find time from top of tower to max height then doublr 9it cos it has to come down.
b) is right
c) is sqrt(410) /9.8-1.25

By setting up the relevant equations of the motion of the monkey and for the motion of the arrow, show that the monkey was mistaken in its stratergy.
