thanks but now Im confused cause here it says this is second language but on the www.cie.org it says its foreign language

Hey can anyone tell me whether the freeexampapers site is working or not? cuz i cant download a single paper of IGCSE the download doesn't start at all. So plzz tell whether i am the only one facing this problem or the site is really not working??? ??? ???
