hey guys if u have the M1 book go to page 139 exc 9B q2.........it doesnt have diagram by the ways....i know its simple but its confusing me

2. Particles of mass 1.2 kg and 1.4kg hang at the same level , connected by a long light inextensible string passing over a small smooth peg. They are released from rest with the string taut. Calculate the seperation of the particles when they are moving at a speed of 0.5 m/s.
