for inserting mathematical equations and stuff.
it can be made something similar to the interface of word 2007
that thing simple rocks in making equations.

or there should be some support or something, that will convert equations and stuff from word 2007, and be converted to SF standards.

It takes effort (even if it's a minute) to make a new e-mail account then a new SF account.

But if you keep banning PUBLIC IPs, how will other members get access here? IPs will remain the same. They are not going to change. Okay, I'll PM you.

Only static IPs do not change, the rest keep changing.

Well you see we don't just ban the IP address. We ban the e-mail, the username, the hostmask or whatever feel necessary. We also check if anyone else is sharing the ip address (someone in his/her vicinity) and then see if we should ban the IP as well.
