read d first part .. d wire nd lamp is connected to 4V supply ...
d lamp is marked with ... 1.5V nd 0.6W ...
nd ms says 10ohms 4/0.4 = 10

it is for the whole thing!!
and also in series the voltage changes!!
so i guess it must be 1.5 only!!
