I think it's already changing soon.. Looking at the fact that the Oct/Nov papers this year are not easy thus far. The papers are so much different from past years. Wait till they post the papers online then you'll get what I mean. =/
Take it easy and go slow and steady.

i don't think they r changing syllabus...u can see it in the CIE site, they hav put up syllabuses for 2010 too!
Atleast with A level chem, phys &maths no difference from 2010 -2009. Content is the same

Its the way they ask/phrase questions that changes...although format seems same; ques. nos. may differ...
I think they r testing our clarity in the subjects..and skills in applying concepts to odd questions!!
