confuse!!

I got a lot question about how many marks for A in as....
i Know it depends on the how difficult is the exam paper...
but at least i want to know it's 7X 8X or how
my lectural told me that its 7X but i refer to those past year mark scheme, they mention the marks require to get A is like paper 1 must get 35/40 p2 50/60.....
it seems like a bit crazy ==....

Yes, you are right, it depends on the year to year difficulty, but usually, here are some stats.
