( i – 7j ) + x( 0.6i + 0.8j ) = 4i + k j

i-7j +0.6xi + 0.8xj = 4i + kj

(0.6x + 1)i -7j + 0.8xj = 4i + kj

0.6x + 1 = 4

x = 5

k = -7 + 0.8x = -7 + 4 = -3
