Seems like CIE to me.

Nice and to the point set of notes. Pattern of the cell notes are a little similar to "Biology @ Your Fingertips" guidebook, making them easier to go through.  :D

[EDIT] : The practical booklet seems tight too, had a general guide for all science subjects but not one just for Biology. Thanks.
