How and when do i give time to EE and CAS and TOK?

wats the easeiest thing to do them about?

u'll have to finish ur EE by the beginning of October next year,
CAS, u spend the whole 18 months (2 years without the exams months)
TOK a 100 hrs course,

advisabe to spend 5 hours a week in CAS
