Examinations Regulations Regarding the use of Calculators and Dictionaries

so legally you cant use calculators which can do matrixes. and to be on the safeside you should have less than 100 ms right?

i was thinking that if i could record a video somehow to show calculator functions ...
i know many functions in calculators, which seniors in my college graduating dont know as well...
give me suggestions for recording...

It depends on what subjects you're taking. English or other language exams never allow dictionaries or thesaurus. But subjects like ICT, Geography, Economics, Laws, Science, etc will do. Check with the invigilator before walking into the exam room.
