No, man. In Arabic his name would be spelt

The first letter after the Al is k

So its pronounced as Kadaffi since it is SPELT as Kadafi.

Gadaffi is an anglicised version.

its just that some ppl think they can mess up with others names   :'( :'(    :P :P
